Presentation of a “Community Partnership Grant” from CenterPoint Energy for the St. Anthony Fire <br />Department. John Malenick, Fire Chief and Jon Sitzmann, CenterPoint Energy is presenting. <br /> <br />III. Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unl ess a Councilmember or citizen so <br />requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br /> <br />A. Resolution 13-041; a Resolution Approving the Memorandum of Understanding with the St. Anthony- <br />New Brighton School District #282 for the 2013 General Election. <br />E. Resolution 13-042; a Resolution Accepting a Community Partnership Grant from CenterPoint Energy for <br />the St. Anthony Fire Department. <br /> <br />IV. Public Hearing. <br />A. Resolution 13-043; a Resolution Giving Preliminary Approval to the Issuance of Multifamily Housing <br />Revenue Bonds Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapters 462A and 462C, on Behalf of St. Anthony <br />Leased Housing Associates II, Limited Partnership. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the <br />form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk’s record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items <br />discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br /> <br />IX.
