Chief John Malenick is presenting. <br /> <br />III. Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br /> <br />A. Approval of November 12, 2013, Council Meeting Minutes. <br />B. Licenses and Permits. <br />C. Claims. <br /> <br />IV. Public Hearing. (none.) <br /> <br />V. Reports from Commission and Staff. <br /> <br />VI. General Business of Council. <br />A. Ramsey County Sheriff Matt Bostrom presentation. <br />B. Resolution 13-075; a Resolution Accepting the 2014 Street & Utility Improvement Project Plans and <br />Specifications & Ordering Advertisement. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates is presenting. <br />C. Resolution 13-076; a Resolution Authorizing the Sale and Issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds <br />(Landings at Silver Lake Village II), Series 2013; Establishing the Security Therefor and Authorizing the <br />Execution of Documents. Mark Casey, City Manager is presenting. <br />D. Ordinance 2013-03; an Ordinance to Set Fees for 2014. Mark Casey, City Manager is presenting. (second reading) <br />E. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, <br />state their name and address for the Clerkâs record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically <br />refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br /> <br />IX.
