Recognition of New Fireman Joe Benik. <br /> <br />III. Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br /> <br />A. Approval of November 26, 2013, Council Meeting Minutes. <br />B. Licenses and Permits. <br />C. Claims. <br />D. Resolution 13-080; a Resolution Accepting Donations and Grants. <br />G. Resolution 13-081; a Resolution Approving the 2014 Salary of Mark Casey St. Anthony City Manager. <br />H. Wendy Webster, SANB Community Services Director is presenting. <br />B. Resolution 13-084; a Resolution Authorizing the Application for Metropolitan Council 2013 Clean Water Fund <br />Inflow/Infiltration Grant Program. <br />C. Resolution 13-085; a Resolution Setting the 2014 General Operating Budget and Property Tax Levy. Shelly <br />Rueckert, Finance Director is presenting. <br /> <br />VII. Reports from City Manager and Council members. <br /> <br />VIII. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the form at <br />the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk’s record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at <br />this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br /> <br />IX.
