CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-062 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING REDPATH AND COMPANY AS THE <br />CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2014 AND 2015 AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUCH CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, in 2008, the City of St. Anthony entered into a three-year contract with <br />HLB Tautges Redpath, Ltd for auditing services which was valid through <br />December 31, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, in 2011, the City of St. Anthony extended the agreement with HLB <br />Tautges Redpath, Ltd for auditing services which was valid through <br />December 31, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, during this time HLB Tautges Redpath, Ltd. changed their name to <br />Redpath and Company; and <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director requested Redpath and Company to provide a quote <br />for a two-year contract period; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony received an engagement letter from Redpath and <br />Company for 2014 and 2015. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves <br />Redpath and Company to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for auditing <br />years 2014 and 2015 and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Such <br />Contract. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of September, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
