CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-069 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MISSISSIPPI WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (MWMO) <br />FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 471.59 authorizes governmental units to enter <br />into intergovernmental agreements: and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Mississippi Watershed Management <br />Organization (MWMO) are both governmental units as defined under <br />Minnesota Statutes section 471.59; and <br />WHEREAS, the MWMO and City of St. Anthony Village entered into a shared services <br />agreement in May, 2012 for financial services; and <br />WHEREAS, the shared services agreement has been amended with the addition of <br />Exhibit B. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby approves the amending the Shared Services Agreement with the Mississippi <br />Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) for Financial Services. <br />Adopted this 2811, day of October , 2014. <br />C L <br />Jerome O.
