CITY OF ST. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 10, 2014 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of November 10, 2014. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Fire Prevention Poster Contest Winners <br />Fire Chief Mark Sitarz presented the winners of the Fire Prevention Poster Contest. The winners <br />are from St. Charles Borremo School as well as Wilshire Park Elementary. Certificates and <br />checks were presented to the winners. The theme for this�ear was "Working Smoke Detectors <br />Save Lives Check Them Every Month." Winners were: 4 Place Jake Krieger, 3`d Place Aniela <br />Crescini, 2"d Place Amelia Evans, and 1" Place Natalie <br />B. Steven Baker, Ramsey County Assessor's Office <br />Mr. Steven Baker, Ramsey County Assessor presented the 2014 Mid -Year Market Review <br />presenting Economic Trends, Real Estate Markets and Assessment Trends, 2014 Assessment, <br />Median Values for 2013 and 2014, Residential Market Summary, Commercial Market Summary, <br />2015 Assessment Forecast, Foreclosures, Appeals and Tax Petitions, Items of Interest, 2015 <br />Taxes, and Ongoing Development — Redevelopment of $3+ Billion. <br />Councilmember Stille asked about the condo market. Mr. Baker stated they do not seem to <br />follow the same trends as single-family homes. The prices should continue to stabilize in 2015. <br />
