CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-077 <br />A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 2015-2016 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF <br />OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL 49, AFL-CIO, REPRESENTING <br />THE ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2015-2016 Agreement between the International Union of <br />Operating Engineers, Local 49, representing the St. Anthony Village Public Works <br />Department, and the City of St. Anthony Village is hereby ratified and the Mayor and City <br />Manager are authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted this 25th day of November 2014. <br />C ` <br />Jerome O.
