CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-074 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN AMENDMENT <br />TO FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2015 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the engineering firm of WSB & Associates, Inc. prepared a Feasibility Report for <br />the 2015 Street and Utility Improvement Project, <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report was received and adopted by City Council on September 9, <br />2014, <br />WHEREAS, an amended Feasibility Report was prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to drainage improvements within the backyard area of the homes <br />located between Belden Drive, 34`" Avenue NE, and Edward Street, <br />WHEREAS, the amended report provides information regarding whether the proposed project <br />is necessary, cost effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby adopts and approves the amended Feasibility Report for the 2015 <br />Street and Utility Improvement Project, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1) The Council will consider such drainage improvements in accordance with the amended <br />report at an estimated additional cost of the improvement of $82,150. <br />2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
