BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES <br />May 18, 1976 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:35 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sauer, Miedtke, Sundland. Stauffer arrived at 7:45 P.M. <br />Absent: Haik <br />Also present: Jerry Dulgar, Harry Lekson, Harold Hudson, Hennepin County Assessor's <br />office. <br />Mayor Miedtke introduced those at the council table and then explained the <br />purpose of the meeting and the procedures the council planned to follow. <br />The following residents were present and spoke to the council and requested that <br />their property be reappraised. <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to have the assessor <br />reappraise the following homeowners property: <br />Earl N. Noe, 2712 Hilldale <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to have the assessor re- <br />appraise the following homeowners home: <br />Corinna Mancada, 3107 Silver Lake Road <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to have the <br />assessor reappraise the following homeowners home: <br />Albert Hager, 3417 33rd Avenue N.E. <br />Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to have the assessor <br />reappraise the following homeowners home: <br />Albert Branger, 3608 Maplewood <br />All of the above were to contact the city assessor before 8:00 A.M. Monday, <br />May 24th if they decided they didn't want the reappraisal. <br />The following residents presented cards to the city assessor or requested verbally <br />that their homes or property be reappraised: <br />Alice S. Gray, 2508 33rd Avenue for lot located at 3227 Roosevelt St. N.E. <br />L. Patricia Clark, 2816 30th Avenue N.E. <br />Peter Dziekciowski, 3610 Harding St. N.r. <br />Clarence Albrecht, 2501 33rd Avenue N.L. <br />Dmytro Lenczuk, 3112 Roosevelt St. N.E. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to have the assessor <br />revalue the five properties listed above. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to establish the policy <br />that values will not be changed unless they go up or down over $500.00. <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer Ato rec the meeting <br />intil June 8th at 7:30 P.M. u <br />vj,�K <br />
