CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />August 31, 1976 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:38 p.m. <br />Present for roll call: Haik, Miedtke, Sauer and Stauffer <br />Absent: Sundland <br />Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br />Monroe Hall, Fire Chief <br />Carol Johnson, Clerk/Treasurer <br />Ed Brown, Police Chief <br />Donald Hickerson, Deputy Police Chief <br />Larry Hamer, Supt. of Public Works <br />The Council discussed the need for an ordinance amendment to allow for <br />adoption of Chapter 70 of the Uniform Building Code. <br />Discussions where held with each department head regarding their 1977 <br />budget requests and the general operation of the respective departments. <br />The Council discussed the establishment of a task force to review and <br />report to the Council and the school board regarding the transfer of the <br />Community Services Department. <br />Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Haik to <br />designate Councilman Sauer and Jerry Dulgar, City Manager as the city's <br />members of the task force. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Haik and seconded by Councilman Sauer to adjourn <br />the meeting at 10:17 p.m. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />M'ay o r <br />Carol B.
