CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 21, 1976 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:38 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Miedtke, Haik, Stauffer and Sundland <br />Absent: Sauer <br />Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br />Ed Brown, Police Chief <br />Don Hickerson, Deputy Police Chief <br />The Council discussed their request for additional manpower with <br />Chief Brown and Deputy Chief Hickerson. Discussion ensured regarding <br />one man patrol cars, establishment of a police auxilary and the <br />operation of the department in general. <br />The Council discussed the advisability of rescheduling the September <br />28th meeting because of conflicts that Council members and staff <br />foresee. <br />Motion by Councilman Haik and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br />cancel the September 28th Council meeting and to call a meeting for <br />October 5th 1976 at 7:30 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br />adjourn the meeting at 10:15 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Zt �Mayor <br />*4�( <br />ATTEST: dtw '9 <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />i <br />7 <br />an ger <br />
