The City Clerk had provided a report of all the enaineerina costs <br />to date on the project. He also said he hoped the large hoppers which the <br />Maintenance Department had installed might provide a better method <br />of separating and storing the material brouaht to the center. <br />The Revenue Sharing Report of November 23rd was discussed. <br />A discussion of what constitutes "conflict of interest" followed <br />consideration of the letter from G?il Johnson reaardina his archi- <br />tectural firm, Bergstradt, Wahlberg, Berguist and Rohn -kohl. <br />No action taken regarding the November 15th"letter from Mrs. Marie <br />Johnson, 3638 Belden Drive, regarding additions to the Police De- <br />partment. <br />The Manager reported on progress in his negotiations of contracts <br />with the Fire Department anal the 49's and discussed the Mediation <br />Meeting Notice for consideration of the former's contract. <br />notion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer <br />to designate, as indicated in the Mediation Meeting Notice, that <br />the City Manager serve as negotiator for the Council of the Fire <br />Department contract. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />(n) <br />
