ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15-018 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2015 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• 36th Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Hi crest Road <br />■ Chelmsford Road from 36th Avenue NE to 37 Avenue NE <br />Bituminous Mill & Overlay <br />■ St. Anthony Boulevard from Ridgeway Parkway to the bridge crossing the <br />Minneapolis Diagonal Trail <br />Alleyway Surface and Drainage Improvements <br />■ Alleyway bound by Silver Lake Road (east), 29th Avenue NE (north), Coolidge <br />Street (west), and St. Anthony Boulevard (south) <br />Backyard Drainage Improvements <br />• Backyard area of homes located between Belden Drive, 34th Avenue NE, and <br />Edward Street <br />LED Pedestrian Crossing hnprovements <br />• Intersection of Kenzie Terrace and 27th Avenue NE <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $2,806,000. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 10'hh day of March <br />2015, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as <br />possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvements as required by law. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed <br />improvements to be published twice in the official newspaper at least one week apart <br />and at least three days prior to the hearing. <br />Adopted this 10th day of February, 2015. <br />'Jerome-0—.Faust, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
