CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15-024 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPRAISALS FOR EASEMENT ACQUISITIONS FOR 2016 <br />HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village has received Highway Safety Improvement Program grant <br />funds in the amount of $700,000 for pedestrian improvements and intersection upgrades; <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed preliminary construction plans and identified the limits of <br />construction for the Highway Safety Improvement Program project; <br />WHEREAS, the City is required to obtain temporary easements and right-of-way to facilitate construction <br />of these project improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The City authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to order the appraisals and prepare the offers for <br />easement and right-of-way acquisition for the 2016 Highway Safety Program Improvement Project. <br />2. Following completion of the appraisals they will be presented to the City Council for consideration <br />prior to offers being made to the public for easement acquisition to facilitate the 2016 Highway <br />Safety Program Improvement Project. <br />Adopted this 24th day of February, 2015. <br />4ieromeO.
