He advised the entire <br />report is available at City Hall and on the City's website. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the 2015 <br />Strategic Plan as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Casey stated that residents should have received a mailer regarding organized <br />collection that includes a summary of information, FAQ and a zone map. He advised residents <br />that when their cart is brought down to the curb to be replaced, it can have garbage in it. He <br />stated further information is available online or residents may call City Hall with any questions. <br />Councilmember Gray — no report. <br />Councilmember Brever reported on her attendance last week at a forum for newly elected and <br />appointed city councilmembers in Alexandria. <br />Councilmember Jenson reported on his attendance at the February 13`h interview process with <br />the Mayor and City Council. He also reported on his attendance at the February 23'd Fire <br />Department Relief Association meeting. <br />Councilmember Stille — no report. <br />Mayor Faust — no report. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS - NONE. <br />X.
