CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15-028 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED BY-LAWS OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN <br />COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION AND NORTH SUBURBAN CABLE COMMISSION JOINT AND <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CABLE <br />COMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Communications Commission Joint Powers Agreement was <br />established in 1983: and <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Communications Commission Joint Powers Agreement was <br />amended in 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, amendments have been suggested to the By -Laws of the North Suburban <br />Communications Commission and the North Suburban Communications Commission <br />Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable Communications <br />Franchise; and <br />WHEREAS, approving the amended the North Suburban Communications Commission By -Laws <br />and North Suburban Cable Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the <br />Administration of a Cable Communications Franchise create current practice, language <br />consistency and clarity. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony hereby approves the Amended By - <br />Laws of the North Suburban Communications Commission and North Suburban Cable Commission <br />Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable Commissions Franchise. <br />Adopted this 10th day of March, 2015. <br />Jerome O.
