CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15-025 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2015 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 10'h day of February 2015, fixed a date <br />for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />1. 2015 Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• 36'h Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Higsherest Road <br />• Chelmsford Road from 36'h Avenue NE to 37' Avenue NE <br />2. 2015 Bituminous Mill & Overlay <br />St. Anthony Boulevard from Ridgeway Parkway to the bridge crossing the Minneapolis <br />Diagonal Trail <br />3. Alle,3way Surface and Drainage Improvements <br />• Alleyway bound by Silver Lake Road (east), 29" Avenue NE (north), Coolidge Street <br />(west), and St. Anthony Boulevard (south) <br />4. Backyard Drainage Improvements <br />• Backyard area of homes located between Belden Drive, 34'h Avenue NE, and Edward <br />Street <br />5. LED Pedestrian Crossing Improvements <br />• Intersection of Kenzie Terrace and 27" Avenue NE <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was <br />given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10'h day of March 2015, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this jDk— day of M & Y !' , 2015. <br />Jerome O.
