D. The direction of building development is to the best advantage of the entire City <br />and to the uses for which the property affected is being devoted at this time; and <br />E. The addition is required for the public good, is in the interest of public health, <br />safety, and, welfare, and is compatible with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />Section Six. PUD Agreement. As a condition this Ordinance, the Property <br />Owner/Applicant shall enter into a Planned Unit Development Agreement with the City. <br />Section Seven. Effective Date.
