14 <br />2) The special assessments as adopted shall be payable with collectible ad valorem taxes in 2015, <br />with interest thereon at eight (8) percent per annum, and shall bear interest from the entire <br />period of November 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015. <br />3) The City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this assessment to the County Auditor to be <br />extended to the proper tax lists to the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid <br />over the same manner as other municipal taxes. <br />Adopted this 1411, day of October, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
