CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2014-04 The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village ordains as follows: Section One. Amendment to the City of Saint Anthony Village City Code to Amend Sections §32.04, §32.05 , §32.07, §32.24, and §32 .26 of the City Code of the City of Saint Anthony Village are hereby amended as follows. The deleted language is represented by strikethrough text. The additional language is represented by double underlined text. PLANNING COMMISSION § 32.04 COMPENSATION. Planning Commission members shall be compensated at $35 per meeting attended and the Chair will be compensated at $45 per meeting attended. The compensation will be effective January I , 20 I 5. (1993 Code,§ 305.04) (Arn. Ord. 2009-003 , passed 2-24-2009) § 32.05 ORGANIZATION. The City Manager will appoint a Secretary, who may but need not be a member of the Commission. The Commission will hold I regular meeting every month, when necessary. At the first meeting of each year, the Commission will arrange the dates of its regular monthly meetings through the end of that year. Prior to the first meeting of each year, the City Council will appoint a Chair and Vice Chair. (1993 Code,§ 305.05) § 32.07 PLANNING COMMISSION BYLAWS. (C) Prior to the first regular meeting of each year, the City Council shall eleet appoint a Chair and Vice Chair. PARKS COMMISSION § 32.24 COMPENSATION. Parks Commission members shall be compensated at $25 per meeting attended and the Chair will be compensated at $35 per meeting attended. The compensation will be effective January I , 2015. § 32.26 PARK COMMISSION BYLAWS. (C) Prior to the first regular meeting of each year, the City Council shall appoint a Chair and Vice Chair.
