CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-072 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP <br />INTO THE NORTH SUBURBAN HAZARDOUS RESPONSE TEAM FOR THE <br />ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Fire Department desires to become a member of <br />the North Suburban Hazardous Response Team; <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Hazardous Response Team is comprised of Lake <br />Johanna, New Brighton, Vadnais Heights and Falcon Heights Fire <br />Departments; and <br />WHEREAS, becoming members of the North Suburban Hazardous Response Team will <br />assist the St. Anthony Village Fire Department in have access to a higher <br />level of training that would benefit the department and the City of St. <br />Anthony Village as a whole. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves a Joint <br />Powers Agreement for Membership into the North Suburban Hazardous Response Team <br />for the St. Anthony Village Fire Department. <br />Adopted this 10th day of November, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
