(F) No n-commercial signs exemption. All non-commercial signs of any size may be posted in any number from 46 days before the state primary in a state general election year until I 0 days following the state general election. For local elections, which are us uall y h eld on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd-numbered years, all non -commercial signs of any size may be posted for 4 weeks prior to a local election until 5 days following the local election. These exempted non-commercial signs are not allowed to be place d within 10 feet from the curb and 10 feet from the property lines . No sign shall be erected , constructed, altered, reconstructed, maintained or moved in the city without first securing a permit from the city, other than those described in § 155.23 .
