L <br />t <br />i <br />L. <br />NONMAJOR DEBT SERVICE FUNDS <br />The City's Debt Service Funds are used to account for the accumulation of <br />resources for, and payment of, interest, principal and related costs of long-term <br />debt other than proprietary fund debt. The City of St. Anthony, Minnesota had <br />the following nonmajor Debt Service Funds during the year. <br />Storm Water Fund was established to account for the debt service associated with <br />100 -Year Flood Protection and infrastructure improvements. <br />State Aid Street Fund accounts for debt service for road construction projects of <br />high traffic roads in the Village. Funding is provided by the State of Minnesota - <br />State Aid. <br />Tax Abatement Fund was established to account for debt service payments <br />associated with the improvements to City parks. <br />Equipment Certificates Fund was established for major capital equipment <br />purchases. <br />Silver Lake Road Bond Fund was established to account for the debt service <br />associated with the reconstruction and infrastructure improvements of Silver Lake <br />Road. <br />2009 Street Improvement Bond Fund was established to account for the debt <br />service associated with the reconstruction and infrastructure improvements to <br />Chandler Drive and Foss Road. <br />2010 Street Improvement Bond Fund was established to account for the debt <br />service associated with the reconstruction improvements to Silver Lane and the <br />overlay of portions of Old Highway 8 and Highcrest Road. <br />2011 Street Improvement Bond Fund was established to account for the debt <br />service associated with the reconstruction improvements to Belden Drive, <br />Coolidge Street, Harding Street and Edward Street. Sidewalk improvements along <br />39`h Ave are also included. <br />103 <br />
