At the end of the current fiscal year, the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota had <br />total debt outstanding of $36,947,574. Of this amount, $25,116,030 comprises debt backed by <br />the full faith and credit of the City, $9,345,000 is backed by tax increments, $1,640,000 is <br />backed by revenues sources from the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota's enterprise funds.
