STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION <br />The Street Reconstruction Bond <br />Fund is part of a systematic plan to <br />reconstruct substandard residential <br />streets and alleys. Thirty-five percent <br />of the reconstruction costs are <br />financed through special <br />assessments of the adjacent <br />properties.
