CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15 -046 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF <br />COLUMBIA HEIGHTS FOR THE STINSON BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Columbia Heights share Stinson Boulevard from <br />37`h Avenue to Silver Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Columbia Heights will develop separate <br />Feasibility Reports for the Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, upon review and approval of respective Feasibility Reports the City of St. Anthony will <br />complete the Final Design (including plans and specifications); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Columbia Heights both agree to the terms of the <br />agreement and designate the City of St. Anthony as an authorized representative on the <br />City of Columbia Heights behalf, and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 471.59 provides that municipalities may enter into a joint <br />powers agreement for the division of costs; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />hereby approves the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and the City of Columbia <br />Heights for the Stinson Boulevard Reconstruction. <br />Adopted this 14`h day of July, 2015 <br />ATTEST: ,i ui <br />NicoI6 Miller, City Oerk <br />rome O.
