CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15 -047 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR FSA INC. <br />LOCATED AT 3701 STINSON BLVD. <br />WHEREAS, the applicant FSA Inc. filed an application for an On -Sale Liquor License for <br />3701 Stinson Blvd on April 6`h, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the amended City Ordinance of Chapter 112.15 to <br />allow 4 On -Sale Liquor Licenses within the City on July 14`h, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant FSA Inc. filed a Land Use application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for 3701 Stinson Blvd on April 10`h, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Planning Commission from the Public Hearing <br />held on June 22, 2015 the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit <br />on July 10, 2015; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village hereby approves an On -Sale Liquor License for FSA Inc. located at 3701 <br />Stinson Blvd. <br />Adopted this 14`h day Jam, 2015. <br />Jerome O.
