Commercial general liability, Directors' liability, liquor liability, auto liability,
employment liability, etc.
The Insurance Trust has merged all the liability coverage together. For the last 5 years, worker's
compensation in St. Anthony was low and reduced the cost from 25-30% per year. Risk
Management and Fiscal Risk Management are self-insured for deductibles. The City Manager is
fiscally responsible with the taxpayer's funds.

B. Mr. Lenz stated
for St. Anthony it is prudent for the City to have extra coverage. Councilmember Stille stated he
fully supports this policy.

Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt Resolution 15-
037; a Resolution 15-037; a Resolution Regarding Renewal of Municipal Insurance Coverage
and the Non Waiver of Tort Liability Limits for the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust.

Motion carried unanimously.

C.
