ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 15-041 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2016 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br /> <br /> Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Stinson Boulevard NE from 37th Avenue NE to Silver Lane NE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of June, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Hal Gray, Mayor Pro Tem <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />Reviewed for administration: ______________________________ <br /> Mark Casey, City Manager <br /> <br />19
