3 <br /> <br />alleged employment under the Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Law or Minnesota <br />Statutes, chapter 176 regarding workers’ compensation , on behalf of any Personnel, <br />including, without limitation, claims of discrimination; and (iv) such Personnel or other <br />persons shall neither accrue nor be entitled to any compensation, rights, or benefits of any <br />kind from any party, except the assigning party, including, without limitation, tenure <br />rights, medical and hospital care, sick and vacation leave, workers’ compensation, <br />unemployment compensation, disability, severance pay, and retirement benefits. <br /> <br />E. The parties shall comply with applicable state and federal law, including but not limited to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapters 200-212 and the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. <br /> <br />F. Each party shall be responsible for and otherwise bear all costs and expenses related to its <br />own performance hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br />VI. LIABLITY <br /> <br />Each party to this Agreement shall be responsible for its own acts or omissions and expressly declines to <br />be liable for the acts or omissions of the other parties to this Agreement. In accordance therewith, the <br />liability of the parties to this Agreement shall be governed by Minnesota Statutes §471.59 subdivision <br />1a., and, the acts or omissions of the parties to this Agreement are intended to be construed as a <br />cooperative activity, and it is the intent of the parties that they shall be deemed a single governmental <br />unit for purposes of liability as set forth in Minnesota Statutes §471.59 subdivision 1b. <br /> <br />VII. TERM <br /> <br /> A. Notwithstanding the date of the signatures below, the term of this Agreement shall be <br /> from September 1, 2015, through December 31, 2019, except any party may terminate this <br /> Agreement sooner by giving the other two parties 30 days written notice of termination in <br /> which case this Agreement will become void. <br /> B.
