<br /> <br />CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 15-049 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY <br />COUNTY, HENNEPIN COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY FOR THE USE OF <br />VOTING SYSTEMS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On June 9, 2015, the City of St. Anthony adopted Resolution 15-040 a resolution to <br />approve an agreement with Ramsey County Elections for election administration <br />services for the entire city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony is located in Ramsey and Hennepin Counties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The proposed agreement covers the obligations of Ramsey and Hennepin County and the <br />City of St. Anthony in relation to obtaining and operating voting systems, managing <br />polling place operations and administering absentee voting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, Ramsey County and Hennepin County enter into an agreement <br />for the use of voting systems from September 1, 2015 through December 31, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village <br />hereby approves the Joint Powers Agreement with Ramsey County, Hennepin County and the City for <br />the Use of Voting Systems. <br />Adopted this 11th day of August, 2015 <br /> <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
