MMI <br />All activities and expenditures are subject to review and approval of the City Council. <br />Careful consideration is given by the City Council to determine what expenditures are <br />appropriate for the City and what funds serve a "public purpose." <br />The Council does not support expenditures that are classed as "gifts." Examples would <br />be employee bonus', gifts for graduation party's, flowers for funeral/illness or any <br />expenditure that does not serve a community purpose or benefit. <br />130 <br />
