c. Allowing the variance is in harmony with the general purposes and intent <br />of the City's Code to provide for compatibility of different land uses. The <br />project will not have an impact on land use compatibility overcrowding <br />the land and concentrating structures nor will it impede access to light or <br />air. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council's hereby <br />approves the requested variance, based on the findings stated herein. <br />Adopted this 13th day of October, 2015 <br />erome O.
