City of St. Anthony <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />City Council Chambers <br />August 31, 2015 <br />Present: <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, <br />Councilmember and Bonnie Brever, Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />Consultants: <br />Todd Hubmer, Greg Peterson and Leslee Storlie, WSB. Mike Drysdale, Dorsey <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 5:30 p.m. <br />Water Discussions: <br />WSB staff presented a memo and PowerPoint outlining options to be included in the feasibility study. WSB staff <br />also reviewed the current pilot study being implemented. Staff will bring further information as it becomes <br />available. <br />HSIP: <br />Hubmer presented a draft Resolution and exhibit showing the affected parcels. <br />City Code Updates: <br />Staff presented draft City Codes updates to be considered. By consensus of the Mayor and Council, staff was <br />directed to bring both the revised Separate Connections and Parking Ordinances forward to a future City Council <br />meeting. <br />Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:39 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager. <br />1
