CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15 -063 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR <br />T- MOBILE AT ST. ANTHONY MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village is the owner of the parcel described as: 10.00 feet <br />in width, over, under and across the West 20 acres of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 29, Range 23, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota. Located at St. Anthony Middle School. <br />WHEREAS, T- Mobile requests entry upon and access to the Property for the placement of <br />certain utilities in connection with the operation of T- Mobile's antenna facilities <br />on adjacent property, together with all necessary or convenient appurtenances; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village grants T- Mobile access and agrees to the Access <br />and Utility Easement presented. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Village City Council approves <br />the Access and Utility Easement for T- Mobile at St. Anthony Middle School. <br />Adopted this 27th day of October, 2015. <br />Jerome O.
