CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15 -067 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS FOR THE ST. <br />ANTHONY RESEARCH FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Minneapolis have agreed that the City of <br />St. Anthony will retain ownership of the St. Anthony Research Facility located in <br />the City of Minneapolis approximately 300 feet south of the City limits; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony will be the MS4 Permit Operator of the system under the <br />NPDES rules for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the MWMO will have a separate agreement for the <br />operation and maintenance for the facility. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Village City Council approves <br />the Cooperative Agreement with the City of Minneapolis for the St. Anthony Research Facility. <br />Adopted this 10th day of November, 2015. <br />c [� <br />J ome O.
