NONMAJOR SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br />The City's Special Revenue Funds are used to account for the proceeds of <br />specific revenue sources that are legally restricted to expenditures for <br />specified purposes. The City of St. Anthony, Minnesota had the following <br />Special Revenue Funds during the year: <br />Community Center Fund is used to account for the operation and maintenance <br />of City Hall and Community Services. <br />Police Forfeiture Fund is used to account for revenue and expenditures related <br />to the forfeiture of property. <br />Recycling Fund is used to account for the City's recycling program. It <br />incorporates the activities of both Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. <br />HRA Fund was established to oversee the commercial and residential <br />redevelopment activities in the community. <br />Fire Education / Training Fund was established to account for revenues and <br />expenditures related to training provided to police and fire personnel. <br />97 <br />
