CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2015-05 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31.12 TO INCREASE THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />COUNCILMEMBER SALARIES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village ordains as follows: <br /> <br />§ 31.12 MAYOR AND CITY COUNCILMEMBER SALARIES. <br /> <br />(A) Mayor. The salary of the Mayor is $725.00 per month. <br /> <br />(B) Mayor pro tem. The salary of the Mayor pro tem is $663.00 per month. <br /> <br />(C) Councilmembers. The salary of each Councilmember other than the Mayor or Mayor pro tem is $600.00 per <br />month. <br /> <br />(D) Duration. The salaries established in this Section will remain in effect until amended in accordance with M.S. <br />§ 415.11 (Ord. Amend. 2012-09 approved 11/13/12, Ord. Amend. 2015-05 approved 10/13/2015) <br /> <br />Section Two. Findings for Amending the City of Saint Anthony Village City Code by Changing Section <br />31.12. In amending the City of Saint Anthony Village City Code by amending Section 31.12 increasing the Mayor <br />and City Councilmember salaries, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village finds that the amendment <br />is required for the public good; is in the interest of public health, safety and welfare; and is compatible with the <br />City’s Comprehensive Plan. <br />Section Three. Effective Date.
