<br /> <br /> <br />Frequently Asked Questions: <br /> <br />Who does Nourish 282 serve? <br />Nourish 282 has programs serving students in School District 282 which includes St. <br />Anthony Community Services, Wilshire Park Elementary, St. Anthony Middle School <br />and the St. Anthony Village High School. Families self-choose participation. <br /> <br />What are the programs offered by Nourish 282? <br /> We are currently offering free weekend food bags for food insecure families, a Free <br /> Outerwear Store and supplemental grocery store gift cards for extended breaks. <br /> <br />How does the weekend food program work? <br /> Nourish 282 provides one free bag of food every Friday for each child enrolled in the <br /> program. Bags are discreetly placed in students backpacks by their teacher. <br /> <br />What can I expect in each bag? <br /> The bag contains one canned fruit, one canned vegetable, one canned protein, <br /> one ready-to-serve item and either beans, rice or pasta. <br /> <br />What if I have more than one child? <br /> Nourish 282 will provide a bag of food for each of your children enrolled in District 282. <br /> For example, if you have three children, fill out the form with each of your children listed <br /> with their grade and teachers names as well. <br /> <br />What if I have shared custody of my child? <br /> Arrangements can be made in regards to shared custody situations. Please contact your <br /> child’s school office for further assistance. <br /> <br />What if I no longer need food assistance? <br /> If assistance is no longer needed, that’s great. Simply let the school’s office know <br /> that it’s no longer needed and your student(s) will be removed from the program. <br /> <br />How do I enroll in the weekend food program? <br /> Enrollment is easy.
