(action requested) <br />II. Approval of the January 26, 2015 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. <br />III. Public Hearing. <br />A. Consider a request for a variance from the required side and rear yard setback for pool mechanical <br />equipment and a variance to exceed the permitted lot coverage to construct a pool and patio in the rear yard <br />of the property located at 2926 Armour Terrace. <br />B. Consider request for a conditional use permit to allow for an establishment primarily for the sale of alcohol <br />for consumption on the premises located at 3701 Stinson Boulevard and to allow a restaurant within 250 feet <br />of a residential area. <br />C. Consider a request for a variance from the required side and rear yard setback to construct a detached <br />garage on the property located at 2832 Coolidge St NE. <br />D. Consider code text amendment to Section 152.187 of City Code to allow for solar energy systems on <br />residential structures, and provide standards for such installations. <br />IV.
