Criterion met. <br />POSSIBLE ACTIONS <br />1. Recommend Approval of the Conditional Use Permit Amendment. The Planning Commission <br />may refer to Exhibit C and may modify the draft resolution for approval to include any <br />conditions that it deems necessary. <br />2. Recommend Denial of the Conditional Use Permit Amendment. If the Planning Commission <br />recommends denial, it should state the reasons for inclusion in a revised resolution. <br />3.
