He reminded residents about cleanup day on Saturday, May 2 "d, from 9:00 <br />a.m. -12:00 noon at the Public Works facility. <br />4 Mayor Faust encouraged residents to review their organized collection bill for accuracy and to <br />5 contact either the City or their hauler if they have questions. He commended the construction <br />6 crew for doing the sewer work on Highcrest and 36`h Avenue on a Saturday to minimize <br />7 disruption to the schools and residents. <br />9 Councilmember Gray — no report. <br />10 <br />11 Councilmember Brever reported on her attendance at the April 21" joint meeting with the School <br />12 Board. She also reported on her attendance at the Sister City celebration on April 19`h. <br />13 <br />14 Councilmember Jenson reported on his attendance at the April 2I't joint meeting with the School <br />15 Board. <br />16 <br />17 Councilmember Stille reported on his attendance at the Sister City celebration on April 19`h. He <br />18 also reported on his attendance at the joint meeting with the School Board on April 20 <br />19 <br />20 Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the April 16`h meeting with Cara Letofsky, the City's <br />21 new Met Council representative. He also reported on his attendance along with Councilmembers <br />22 Jenson and Stille at the April 16`h Metro Cities annual meeting where City Manager Casey was <br />23 elected President. He noted that Councilmembers Gray and Brevet represented the City on April <br />24 16`h at the Chamber of Commerce meeting. He also reported on his attendance at the April 19th <br />25 Sister City celebration and indicated Minneapolis will be hosting the 591h annual Sister City <br />26 meeting in July. He also reported on the City Council's attendance at the April 21s` joint meeting <br />27 with the School Board. <br />28 <br />29 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />30 <br />31 Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />32 are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />33 <br />34 IX.
