City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />June 23, 2015 <br />Page 5 <br />Mayor Pro Tem Gray advised that the franchise agreement between the North Suburban <br />Communications Commission and Comcast is not ready and is anticipated to be ready in July. <br />4 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />6 Mayor Pro Tem Gray invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on <br />7 items that are not on the regular agenda. <br />9 Ms. Kathy Ahlers, 4010 Hayes Street NE, Columbia Heights, stated she does some event <br />10 planning in the area and has heard people asking for a healthy sit down restaurant where they can <br />I 1 have a meeting or reserve a room for a group. She stated it seems there are a lot of burger places <br />12 around and the area around the former I -Hop property has a lot of older people in high density <br />13 housing who are looking for more healthful fare. <br />14 <br />15 IX.
