Presentation of 2015 VillageFest by Julianne Hunter. <br />VillageFest Chair Julianne Hunter presented a schedule of events and stated VillageFest will <br />begin on Friday, July 31 ", and end on Sunday, August 2 "d. She stated the parade will be on <br />Friday followed by the street dance at the St. Anthony Shopping Center. She stated there will be <br />entertainment all day on Saturday ending with fireworks at Central Park. She stated the St. <br />Anthony Chamber of Commerce has decided not to do the golf tournament this year and instead <br />will be hosting a happy hour celebrating small businesses in St. Anthony and this event will be <br />held at the Village Pub on Friday before the parade. She stated the Kiwanis will be hosting a <br />lunch at the high school on Sunday beginning at 11:00 a.m. and they are looking for vendors for <br />the arts and craft show. She stated that further information regarding VillageFest can be found at <br />www.stanthonyvillagefest.com. She expressed thanks and appreciation for the generous <br />donations from many of the City's businesses and thanked the major contributors including <br />Stinson Electric, Anona Gourmet, St. Anthony Mobil, and Fitness Crossroad. She also thanked <br />the Police and Fire Departments and the Public Works staff for all their help during VillageFest. <br />Mayor Faust expressed the City Council's thanks and appreciation to Ms. Hunter and all the <br />volunteers for their work on VillageFest. <br />
