CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 15-078 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING COMBINATION WINE/STRONG BEER LICENSE <br />FOR CATRINAS II, LLC. LOCATED AT 2510 KENZIE TERRACE. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant’s filed an application for a Wine/Strong Beer License for 2510 <br />Kenzie Terrace on September 23, 2015; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant’s filed a Land Use Application for a Conditional Use Permit <br />Amendment on September 21, 2015; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on November 23, 2015; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On December 8, 2015 the Planning Commission made recommendations to <br />the City Council to approve the request for an amendment to the existing <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of alcoholic beverages at 2510 <br />Kenzie Terrace. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of a Wine/Strong Beer License for Catrinas, <br />located at 2510 Kenzie Terrace. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village hereby approves Combination Wine/Strong Beer License for Catrinas <br />located at 2510 Kenzie Terrace. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day December, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
