ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 15-069 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE HENNEPIN COUNTY AUDITOR TO CANCEL <br />THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR 3104 EDGEMERE AVENUE PAYABLE <br />BEGINNING 2016 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On February 25th, 2014 the City Council adopted and confirmed the <br />assessments for the 2014 Street and Utility Improvement Project, collectible <br />beginning in 2015; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner at 3104 Edgemere Avenue paid their assessment in full on <br />October 6th, 2014; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the full assessment amount was erroneously certified to Hennepin County <br />Auditor as a Special Assessment due and payable beginning in 2015. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village hereby directs the Hennepin County Auditor to cancel Levy Number 18813 <br />for 3104 Edgemere Avenue payable beginning 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day December, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
