The <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the <br />conditional use permit (CUP) amendment (5 to 1) to allow a <br />restaurant to pursue a liquor license on the Property located <br />at 2510 Kenzie Terrace subject to the findings and conditions <br />outlined in the staff report. <br />67
