Ordinance 2015 -06 an ordinance Approving CenturyLink Franchise Agreement and <br />16 Findings of Fact. <br />17 <br />18 City Manager Casey reviewed the second of three readings of an ordinance to approve the <br />19 CenturyLink Franchise Agreement and Findings of Fact. The first reading was held at the <br />20 November 10, 2015 St. Anthony City Council meeting. Since the first reading, the City has <br />21 received no calls or written comments. <br />22 <br />23 The third reading and adoption of the ordinance is scheduled for December 8, 2015. Following <br />24 the adoption of the ordinance, the ordinance goes into effect upon publication in the St. Anthony <br />25 Bulletin. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille to approve Second <br />28 Reading of Ordinance 2015 -06 Approving CenturyLink Franchise Agreement granting a <br />29 franchise to Owest Broadband Services Inc DBA CenturyLink, to construct operate and <br />30 maintain a cable communications system in the City of St Anthony setting forth conditions <br />31 accompanying the grant of the franchise, for regulation and use of the system and the <br />32 yubhc rights-of-way in coni unction with the City's right-of-way ordinance if any, and <br />33 prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions herein <br />34 <br />35 Motion carried unanimously <br />36 <br />37 B. Ordinance 2015 -07 an ordinance Setting Sewer Water and Storm Water Charges for <br />38 2016. <br />39 <br />40 City Manager Casey reviewed the second of three readings of an ordinance Setting Sewer, Water <br />41 and Storm Water Charges for 2016. The first reading was held at the November 10, 2015 St. <br />42 Anthony City Council meeting. Since the first reading, the City has received no calls or written <br />43 comments. <br />44 <br />45 The third reading and adoption of the ordinance is scheduled for December 8 2015. Following <br />46 the adoption of the ordinance, the ordinance will be published in the St. Anthony Bulletin. The <br />47 ordinance will become effective January 1, 2016. <br />48 <br />
