CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 15 -077 <br />A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING <br />ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF STINSON BOULEVARD FOR THE <br />2016 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village has planned improvements to Stinson Boulevard NE, <br />State Aid Route No. 161 - 112 -001, between 37 Avenue NE and Silver Lane NE; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village has ordered the project for the 2016 Street and <br />Utility Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village will be expending Municipal State Aid System funds <br />on improvements to Stinson Boulevard NE; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village that: <br />The City of St. Anthony Village shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of <br />Stinson Boulevard NE from 37th Avenue NE to Silver Lane NE. <br />Adopted this 8b day of December, 2015. <br />4 <br />Jerome O.
