Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />June 12, 2012 <br />Page 2 <br />No speakers were present. <br />Chair Faust closed the public hearing at 9:33 p.m. <br />Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve Resolution 12- <br />05; Relating to a Purchase and Sale Agreement for Real Property by and among the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Anthony, Minnesota, and St. Anthony Leased <br />Housing Associates ll, Limited Partnership (The "Developer"). <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />IV. GENERAL POLICY OF BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />A. Resolution 12-06; Relating to a Senior Rental Housing Development Agreement by and <br />among the City of Saint Anthony, Minnesota, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />of the City of Saint Anthony, Minnesota and St. Anthony Leased Housing Associates II, <br />Limited Partnership (The "Developer"). Jay Lindgren, Dorsey & Whitney, presenting, <br />City Attorney Lindgren presented the proposed Development Agreement for the Dominium <br />Senior Housing Project and stated the requested action is consistent with the City Council action <br />taken earlier this evening. <br />Motion by Commissioner Roth, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve Resolution 12- <br />06; Relating to a Senior Rental Housing Development Agreement by and among the City of <br />Saint Anthony, Minnesota, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint <br />Anthony, Minnesota and St. Anthony Leased Housing Associates ll, Limited Partnership (The <br />"Developer"). <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />V.
